Most teachers work their asses off with one of these:

Teacher giving a one-to-one online lesson

1:1 Lessons

  • Limited amount of lessons in a day
  • Helping one student at a time
  • Limited $$$
Online course sales flat-lining after launch

Online Course

  • Launch then a flat line
  • Marketing was easy in 2016, not in 2026
  • Passive learning = students are not active
Creator filming content for social media

Social Monetization

  • At mercy of the algorithm
  • Audience that doesn't convert
  • Huge competition, market saturation

But you ain't like most teachers. You're different, baby!

You wouldn't be reading this otherwise

  • You can teach.

Learning feels effortless when you explain it. And that's huge!

  • People love your style.

Your energy, tone, and authenticity are what makes them stay, keep watching.

  • Your impact is bigger than you think.

Students follow you because you make them believe they can do it.

...and we like your vibe.

Here's a crazy idea

What if you could "clone yourself" to help millions and make millions?

LEARN TO SCALE
One creator reaching thousands of students through an app

Our solution

We'll build and market your mobile app.

You provide content & creatives. We do everything else.

Creator and Kuba team shaking hands on a partnership
1

You Get a Two-Million-Euro Head Start

You start where we are now, €2,000,000+ smarter. That's how much money we've put into tech, systems, processes, and optimization.

You walk straight into:

  • 50,000+ real users worth of data
  • Our proven business machine
  • Optimized marketing funnels
  • Global sexy mobile app in App Stores
  • €2,000,000 of tech for free
  • €40,000 / month team
  • 300+ experiments already optimized
  • 2+ years of saved life from development

Your starting line = our finish line.

2

We shape the entire product around you

Once we shake hands, we'll start designing the app so it becomes your digital school.

Several language-learning app mockups, each in a different creator's branding

An app that has:

  • 100% your branding (colors, vibe, visuals)
  • Your lesson structure transformed into a clean learning path
  • Your teaching style mapped into every lesson
  • Your accent, voice, explanations integrated into exercises
  • Your personality at every stage of the journey

Students don't learn from "an app."

They learn from YOU — 24/7.

3

We'll handle growth and user acquisition

Building the app is the easy 10%. The difficult 90% is acquiring users — the part where most apps and businesses fall short. And that's precisely the part we also manage for you.

  • Creative production

Landing pages, ad creatives, app store optimization

  • Paid advertising

Meta & Google campaigns optimized for your language

  • Analytics & tracking

We measure everything and improve continuously

  • Monetization testing

    Pricing, offers, and conversion optimization

This is not "upload and hope." We actively work on making your app grow.

The outcome

(read this slowly)

You don't build a startup.

You don't become a marketer.

You don't gamble on algorithms.

You just create content.

And we'll deliver to you:

  • Premium mobile app

With your name, your face, your voice, your teaching method.

  • Students worldwide, 24/7

Not one Zoom call. Not one calendar slot.

  • Recurring income

    Subscriptions, not one-off lessons.

  • Zero tech headaches

No devs. No bugs. No updates. No app stores.

  • Zero marketing stress

No "why isn't this converting?" Make money while sleeping.

  • Brand that sets you apart

Not "just a creator" anymore, but the one with their own app.

So, what's the app like?

CHECK HOW THE APP WORKS

Product experience

How the app actually teaches your students?

Active AI conversations + passive audio-video library, all backed by other smart AI features and gamified retention. Our motto: "Surround students with the language".

  1. 1

    Structured lesson plan (A2–C1)

A full lesson roadmap from A2 up to C1 in your language. For example: ~120 lessons where the strongest focus is on the B1 student, because that is where most students actually live and need help.

Structured lesson plan (A2–C1) — screen from the app
  2. 2

    Short video reels (3–5 min)

Every lesson has one short, engaging video from you. You explain one concrete point – grammar, phrases, idioms, pronunciation or everyday conversation. We'll add questions to the viewer to make sure they're listening.

Short video reels (3–5 min) — screen from the app
  3. 3

    Conversation with AI avatar

After the video, the student jumps straight into a conversation with an AI avatar that acts like an always-available language partner. The avatar drills what you taught, adapts to the student and keeps them talking.

  4. 4

    Podcasts & audiobooks

Students also get passive content: narrate podcasts connected to your lessons and grammar. Plus, we prepare AI-generated audiobooks based on stories we have written with proper proofreading. This keeps students surrounded by the language.

  5. 5

    Motivation and gamification

Badges, streaks, unlockable bonus courses, progress tracking and smart reminders keep students coming back. For example: after 5 days of streak, they unlock your paid course as a reward.

  6. 6

    Personal Notebook

Users can save words, phrases, and examples into their personal notebook, automatically organized and ready for review. The app then turns these into smart exercises so they actually remember what they learn.

  7. 7

    Other smart features

We don't stop. The app is loaded with AI features, Personal Smart Notebook and more. We also continuously ship smarter learning features, such as spaced repetition AI-driven personalization — all refined through a careful product development cycle and user feedback.

What we need from you

Record content for the app. Create ads with us.

  1. 1

    Lesson list (A2–C1)

    • ~100–120 lessons in Excel sheet
    • 3 categories A2-B1, B1-B2, C1
    • B1 focus: ~60-80 lessons
    • Each lesson = one concrete topic (grammar, phrase, pronunciation, speaking situation)

💡 You provide the topic list. We turn it into the app structure.

  2. 2

    Lesson videos (3–5 min each)

    • 1x video per lesson
    • Launch with 20x videos in each category
    • Add more in batches for B1 after launch

💡 Short, focused explanations. One point per video, but get deep.

  3. 3

    Podcasts (7–10 min each)

    • ~20 episodes to start
    • Directly connected to grammar of your language
    • Used for passive listening

💡 You voice record them; we can help you write the scripts.

  4. 4

    2x courses (optional, recommended)

    • 8x videos 15x minutes per lesson
    • Examples: Pronunciation, Meta course - how to learn X language effectively
    • Important to attract users and build relationships
  5. 5

    Existing content reuse

    • Should you have any old videos or podcasts = usable if it fits global needs
  6. 6

    Brand & app design approval

    • 2–3 feedback rounds of 60 minutes to confirm the style
    • You approve visuals, tone, and AI avatar
    • Final result must feel 100% like you
  7. 7

First Ad creatives and LP video

    • 1x LP video + 6-8 ads to set up the first campaign (e.g., back-to-school or themed to launch date)
    • We'll get to it later on, but count about 10h of your life

What is in it for you

Record it once, then make money while sleeping.

We'll pay you this much:

  • Per reel 1,200 CZK

    120 reels = 144,000 CZK

  • Per podcast episode 700 CZK

    30 podcasts = 21,000 CZK

You get paid for every piece of content + 8% profit share

What costs do we operate with?

LEARN MORE

Profit share under the hood

We are transparent about costs and economics.

You do not pay any of these costs yourself upfront. Yet we are sharing them so you see the level of seriousness and investment behind the platform.

  • Ad spend

Most of the money goes into ad spend on Meta and Google – testing creatives, finding the right audience, and scaling what works. This is the main growth engine.

  • Marketing production costs

Camera, sound, editing, occasional actors or extras if needed. Crucial people needed for creatives creation.

  • Cloud infrastructure

We pay for cloud hosting so the app runs smoothly. Base fixed cost is around 13,000 CZK, but it goes up with more active users and their interactions.

  • Video streaming & CMS

We use an enterprise-grade headless CMS and video streaming solution. We pay just under 14,000 EUR per year for this, for all videos reels, courses and audio podcasts to be streamed.

  • AI & analytics

AI credits costs money based on volume. Think text generation, voice generation, processing of user audio. For purchases analytics, we use RevenueCat, which takes 1% of revenue in exchange for purchase analytics.

  • Operations team

We share costs for the operations; think data analyst, email customer support and accounting. No developers involved unless you want something super custom in your app.

Our philosophy: you bring content, we shoulder the tech and marketing risk. We win together only if the app actually works for students and becomes a real business.

Timeline

From idea to launch in a few months.

Exact timing depends on your content-creation speed.

  1. 1

    Step 1 – Fit call & agreement

    Week 0

We get on a call to see if we are the right match. We align expectations, talk through the model and sign a simple collaboration agreement.

  2. 2

Step 2 – Lesson plan & content plan

    Weeks 1–3

Together we prepare the lesson structure (A2–C1), decide on the first ~100–120 lessons, outline the first batch of reels and podcasts and define 1–2 bonus courses.

  3. 3

Step 3 – Visual identity & app setup

    Weeks 2–6

You meet our designer. Together we define your app brand: colors, logo, in-app visuals, avatar look. We can then work independently for some time to prepare the app technically.

  4. 4

    Step 4 – Content production

    Weeks 3–12

You record reels and podcasts in manageable batches. You edit, we upload, and connect them to the lesson plan and run internal tests.

  5. 5

Step 5 – Soft launch & marketing tests

    Around Month 2–3

Once we have a solid base of content, we launch a first version of the app, start small campaigns, test offers and creatives and iterate. You will be part of ad creation and landing page video.

  6. 6

Step 6 – Full launch and scale

    From Month 3 onwards

Ideally we target seasonal launch (e.g. September = back to school) to set up the data for later improved funnels during the shopping season.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

Do I have to invest money into development or marketing?

No upfront investment for development is required from you. Our model is built on long-term ownership share. We handle the core platform and main marketing budgets, including ad spend.

How much time will this take from me?

Most of your time will go into content creation – first it is lesson planning, then recording reels and podcasts, and optionally video courses. We try to structure it so that you can batch work and still keep it compatible with your current teaching activity.

Can I still do my own projects, courses or YouTube channel?

Yes. We do not want to kill your existing ecosystem. We usually just ask to clearly position the app as your main structured learning product and avoid promoting a directly competing app with another provider.

What if it does not work?

We are transparent about performance. We look at numbers together, iterate and if after a fair period it does not make sense, we can adjust terms or stop without drama. We want partners, not hostages.

Can we start smaller and scale later?

Yes. We often start with a lighter version of the app (fewer lessons, fewer video reels) to launch faster, and then expand the content library over time as it gains traction.

Ready to talk?

This could be big. Let's talk.

If you teach French, German, Spanish, Italian or another language and this model works with you, send us a short intro. We are selective before we go deep.
